NOTE:This message is so serious & its coming from the bottom of my heart i would love the general or the secretary of UN to get passed on my message if we adults dont make change & the right dicisions then who will ?? am speaking to the individuals that are put in the main key position to run UN am from Uganda mainly in East africa what i dont understand is why do UN leaders let greedy individuals like Pres:Yoweri museveni to be in power for the last 24 years why why why ??? pres: Obama or gordon brown will never be in power for that long but in 3rd world countries its alowed museveni has ruled Uganda since 1986 upto know people want CHANGE!!! this is his 5th term & he thretens anyone who tries to overthrow him out of power that individual will be prosecuted immediately or theres going be a major war that is the mentality in our country he wins over stolen/fraud elections USA,UK,or other 1st world countries your not allowed to be in power for decades why in Africa
?? thats why am passing this message onto UN leaders to get involed in our next elections in 2011 to make shure its free & fair to the disadvantaged citizens museveni is not supposed to be in power for 24 years he wins over stolen votes he has failed the citizens of my country on his promises so why dont they have there rights to demonstrate ??
i want affermanative action to be taken immediately from the leaders that run UN

I definitely don’t agree that the UN is doing its job as it should be. I believe that they do agree that war on the Ghaza strip shall contiue and they won’t take any action towards the innocent people in Ghaza. is it just because that they are Arabs or muslims that the U.S. has put its hands with Israel to destroy the Arabs..
Israel has claimed that they want to erase Hamas and that they are defending against Hamas, but that’s a stupid excuse that the Jewish people set in order to get the green light to enter Ghaza. what do women and their little kids got to do with Hamas. Israel has done all the forbidden and the not prohibited inhuman things these days… the world is silent and they are not aware of the truth because Israel has convinced all the world that they are the people who are being prosecuted…the UN forces are unable to say a word and help people in Ghaza… they have all the new developed and technical weapons that are not allowed to use and they use it to kill palestinians……………my last words…STOP THIS GENOCIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uganda does not deserve any post due to the leaders who chang constitution day and night and democracy is not fully practiced in uganda at all.

People of the world; do not accept that your leaders do not want to look truth into the eyes. The Ugandan president, Yoweri Museveni, is killing people in Northern Uganda, but also every official or MP that stands in his way. He does this through poisoning and claims later that the person he has just killed died of other medical conditions like cancer or stumach problem for example. Or he sends big trucks to smash private cars, and says later that the victim died in a car accident. This, in addition to all the other countless human right violations that this man is responsible for, must be stopped now! But as long as dictator Museveni is friendly to USA trough trade and other economical agreements, the most powerful world leaders will never stop supporting him. The truth must come out. We need to open the eyes of the world and make them realize that neither the USA, the UN or the ICC are as clean as they claim. They act according to self interest, not according to what is best for the people of the Earth.

well i totally do not support the idea of Uganda being given a sit at the UN security council simply because of the violation of human rights in the country especially in Nothern uganda.

I am a Ugandan and come from the northern region, I’ve seen the suffering and poverty and experienced it as well. it is so sad to see President Bush sleeping with the Ugandan govt on the same bed.
There is no respect for human rights, lots of sectarianism and rampant coruption. The northern region has lost hope and will remain backward, since the youth were all locked up in the camps without Education as the president and his gang benefited from the hefty military budgets…that failed to defeat the “BUNDITS” as the president refers to them.
RIGHT NOW WE DONT DESERVE A SIT ON THE UN COUNCIL

I dont think Uganda should be put on UN Board honestly not if you want to prove go to youtobe uganda genocide its very sad Museven was even proud showing the very young kids fighting.
As a parent he should say sorry to the kids he used to fight the gorrila war but he has never.
By the way the world must not keep a blind eye on uganda even Late Amin died afree man after killing innocent ugandans
where as the get Leaders from East europe did they kill humans and in afirca they killed animals.

please to all of you in world who love peace; uganda should not be allowed a sit on the security council at all costs due to the present gross human rights abuses of the current dictatorial incumbet govt of dictator Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
I hold UN responsible for inaction on indictment of this butcherman and his henchmento Hague.It is long over due a case.
Evene a blind person can see that Ugandan state apparatus currently has killed many innocent lives in the region.

I support sen.Obama’s opnion.
I come from Uganda,but i have to honestly say that i wouldnt recommend a country like Uganda to be on UN Board neither would i give any funds to Uganda because whatever help it gets from countries like USA,it goes to individuals not to desiginated parties.You can imagine how many people die everyday from Aids when the funds to help came and some officials from the government stole it.We read about convicting government officials having eaten Global funds and there always bailed out of prison,when will that ever gonna stop??Unless that is solved or followed nothing will change.

To US government i cannot fail to say thanks for your continued help.God Bless America!!
